Sour Cherries: Are self fruitful so only one tree is required to produce fruit. Sour cherries are standard sized trees and grow approximately 4m/13' tall. Size can be controlled by pruning in very early spring. Sour cherries are primarily used for preserving, baking or sauces.

Sweet Cherries: Are not self-fruitful so two sweet cherry varieties are required to produce fruit, except where noted. These varieties are standard size trees and grow approximately 6m/20' tall, except where noted. Size can be controlled by pruning in very early spring.
